How much does FemiCore cost once you add everything up? The answer is a little more involved than the headline price, because the official store sells packages rather than single bottles, shipping depends on the package and the destination, and the seller’s own advice is to keep going for at least three months. This page puts all of those numbers in one place and works out what a month, a three-month run and a full year really cost.
We are an independent site, not the seller. The store buttons below are affiliate links: if you order through one, we may be paid a commission, and your price does not change.
How much does FemiCore cost per bottle and per package?
Every bottle holds 30 capsules and the direction is one capsule each morning, so one bottle covers one month. The price per bottle falls as the package grows.
| Package | Per bottle | Checkout total | US shipping | Total delivered (US) | Months covered | Per capsule |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2 bottles | $79 | $158 | $9.99 | $167.99 | 2 | about $2.80 with shipping |
| 3 bottles | $69 | $207 | Free | $207 | 3 | $2.30 |
| 6 bottles | $49 | $294 | Free | $294 | 6 | about $1.63 |
Two details stand out. First, the cheapest order is not the cheapest capsule. Two bottles is the smallest outlay but the most expensive per day, because it carries both the highest unit price and the only shipping fee. Second, a month on the six-bottle order costs $49, the lowest monthly figure the official store offers, and the only way to reach it is to pay for half a year up front.
The 6-bottle package also includes three bonus guides: one on relationships, one on gut health and eating, and one on hip and leg mobility. The seller puts its own “retail” values on them. None of the three is about the bladder, so we leave them out of the cost figures.
The first number on the page: the $179 figure
The headline figure on the order page is not one you will pay. The seller lists a regular price of $179 a bottle and shows a saving next to each package: $200, $330 and $780. Those savings are simply the gap between $179 times the number of bottles and the actual total.
We have seen no evidence of FemiCore being sold at $179 anywhere, so we treat it as the seller’s reference price rather than a real alternative. For budgeting, ignore the “save” badges and compare the three real totals with each other. If you want the longer discussion of deals, holiday offers and coupon claims, our FemiCore sale guide covers that ground, and the ranked discount guide explains which savings are real.
What three months, six months and a year add up to
A single order tells you little about what the product will cost you in practice. The seller advises using FemiCore for at least three months before judging it, and anyone who decides it helps will keep reordering. So the useful figure is the cost of a period of use.
The first three months
| How you buy | What you pay (US) | What it covers | Comment |
|---|---|---|---|
| One 3-bottle order | $207 | 90 days | Matches the seller’s suggested minimum exactly |
| A 2-bottle order, then another 2-bottle order | $335.98 | 120 days | Two shipping fees and the highest unit price |
| A 2-bottle order, then a 3-bottle order | $374.99 | 150 days | Common if you start small and decide to continue |
| One 6-bottle order | $294 | 180 days | Lowest per month, but half the supply is still unopened at day 90 |
The pattern is simple. Starting with two bottles and then continuing costs more than starting with three. If you already expect to follow the seller’s three-month advice, the 3-bottle order is the cheapest way to get there.
A full year
| Buying pattern for 12 months | Total (US) | Average per month |
|---|---|---|
| Two 6-bottle orders | $588 | $49 |
| 3 bottles, then 6, then 3 | $708 | $59 |
| Four 3-bottle orders | $828 | $69 |
| Six 2-bottle orders | $1,007.94 | about $84 |
The gap between the cheapest and the dearest pattern is about $420 a year for exactly the same capsules. That is the clearest answer to the FemiCore cost question: the product has one formula but several prices, and the package size you settle into decides most of what you spend.
Costs that sit outside the checkout total
The order summary shows the product and the shipping. A few other costs can apply, and it helps to know about them before you pay.
| Cost | When it applies | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| US shipping | 2-bottle orders only | $9.99 |
| International shipping | Any order outside the US | $15.95, delivery in 10 to 15 business days |
| Import tax or duty | Depends on your country’s rules | Not shown at checkout |
| Return postage | Only if you claim a refund | Paid by you |
| Recurring charges | None on the official store | One-off purchase, no hidden autoship |
For buyers outside the US, the shipping line works out to these totals on our arithmetic: about $173.95 for two bottles, $222.95 for three and $309.95 for six. Spread over the supply, that is roughly $2.90, $2.48 and $1.72 a day. One shipping fee spread across more bottles is why larger orders cost less per day abroad.
At checkout, PayPal works, and so do the four big card networks: American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa. US orders arrive in 5 to 7 business days. If you want the checkout itself explained step by step, our FemiCore order guide walks through it screen by screen.
What the 60-day refund gives back
The guarantee changes how much money is truly at risk. It runs for 60 days, and the count starts on the delivery date, not the day you order. The claim starts with an email to support headed “Refund Request”. Then every bottle in the order goes back, opened or sealed, in a parcel that also holds the packing slip and a note giving your order id, name and email. The return goes to the address on the seller’s refund page in Tallmadge, Ohio, and you pay the postage.
| Package | Paid (US) | Money at stake if you return in time | Money at stake if you miss day 60 |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2 bottles | $167.99 | Return postage, possibly the $9.99 shipping too | $167.99 |
| 3 bottles | $207 | Return postage | $207 |
| 6 bottles | $294 | Return postage | $294 |
Here is the part many buyers miss. The seller wants you to wait three months before you judge the product, yet the refund ends 60 days after the parcel arrives. If you buy six bottles, use them for three months and then decide FemiCore is not for you, the window has already shut and the full $294 is spent. If you want the refund to protect you, you have to make your decision at around the two-month mark, whatever the package size.
Our sources do not say whether a refund on a 2-bottle order includes the $9.99 you paid for delivery. If that matters to you, ask support in writing before you post the parcel.
Is that much money reasonable for what is in the bottle?
Price is easy to measure. Value is harder, because the label does not let you compare FemiCore with anything ingredient by ingredient.
What your money buys is a capsule with nine named ingredients in a proprietary blend: mimosa pudica, bearberry, cranberry extract, berberine and five Lactobacillus species. The individual amounts are not disclosed, nor is the probiotic count or the strain codes. There is no trial of the finished FemiCore capsule itself, which means studies on the separate ingredients cannot tell you what a $49 to $84 month of this particular capsule will do.
That leaves three fair ways to think about the cost:
- As convenience. One capsule a day in place of several products. That has some value, but you cannot check it against dose-for-dose alternatives.
- As a capped experiment. With the refund, a two-month try costs you little beyond postage if you act in time. Past day 60, every bottle is a sunk cost.
- As an ongoing bill. If it helps and you continue, the realistic long-run cost is $49 a month on six-bottle orders. Decide whether that is a monthly sum you are happy to keep paying.

Which package keeps your total lowest?
| Your plan | Package that keeps the total down | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Try it, decide by day 60 | 2 bottles | Smallest outlay; refund covers the order if you act in time |
| Follow the seller’s three-month advice | 3 bottles | $207 covers 90 days, cheaper than two small orders |
| Already sure you will continue | 6 bottles | $49 a month, the lowest running cost |
| Ordering from outside the US | 3 or 6 bottles | One $15.95 fee spread over more months |
| On regular medication | Wait | Ask your doctor first; berberine and cranberry can interact with some drugs |
How to confirm the real price before you pay
- Read the per-bottle figure. It should be $79, $69 or $49 for 2, 3 or 6 bottles.
- Check the shipping line. $9.99 on two bottles to a US address, free on three or six, $15.95 abroad.
- Look for BuyGoods at checkout. That is the retailer behind the official store.
- Make sure nothing repeats. The order should be a single payment with no subscription line.
- Write down the delivery date when the parcel arrives. It sets your refund deadline.
If all five match, the total on your screen is what FemiCore costs you, and the only extra you might ever pay is return postage.
Common questions
Can I buy just one bottle of FemiCore?
The official order page lists three packages: 2, 3 or 6 bottles. We did not find a single-bottle option there. The smallest order is therefore two bottles at $79 each, $158 before the $9.99 US shipping charge. If a page offers one bottle on its own, check carefully that you are still on the official store before you pay.
How much would a full year of FemiCore add up to?
It depends on how you buy. Two 6-bottle orders come to $588 for twelve months, about $49 a month. Four 3-bottle orders come to $828. Six 2-bottle orders, with $9.99 shipping on each, come to $1,007.94. The capsules are the same in every case; only the package size and the shipping line change.
Why does the official FemiCore page show $179 a bottle?
The official page shows $179 a bottle as a regular price and works out its savings from that figure. It is the seller's reference price. The prices charged at checkout are $79, $69 or $49 a bottle depending on the package, so those are the numbers to plan a budget around, not the $179.
Does FemiCore cost more outside the US?
The per-bottle prices are the same, but international shipping is listed at $15.95 and delivery takes 10 to 15 business days. On our arithmetic that puts the totals at about $173.95, $222.95 and $309.95 for 2, 3 and 6 bottles. Any import tax or duty your own country charges is extra and is not shown at checkout.
Will I be charged again every month after buying FemiCore?
Not on the official store. Each package is a one-off purchase through BuyGoods, with no hidden autoship, so the order total is all you pay for that package. You pay again only if you place a new order. A recurring line in an order summary is a sign you are on a different site.
How much do I lose if FemiCore does not work for me?
If you return every bottle, empty or full, within 60 days of the delivery date, the money at stake is mainly your return postage. We could not confirm whether the $9.99 shipping on 2-bottle orders is refunded. If you miss the 60-day window, the whole package cost stays spent, which is why the delivery date matters.
Does a larger package give me a stronger or different formula?
No. The 2, 3 and 6 bottle packages contain the same 30-capsule bottles with the same nine ingredients and the same one-capsule-a-day direction. A bigger order lowers the price per bottle, removes US shipping from three bottles up, and adds three bonus guides at six bottles. It does not change what is in the capsule.
