How we review products.

Every product page on HealthCure Guide follows the same process and the same scoring rules. This page explains both, including the limits of what we can check.

What we look at

For each product we collect the seller's own materials first: the sales page, any sales video, the label or ingredient list, the terms of sale and the refund policy, and the checkout page. We keep copies, because sales pages change. Then we look up the published human research on each named ingredient and compare the doses studied with the doses on the label.

Facts that come from the seller are written as the seller's claims. Facts we checked ourselves are written as ours. Where we could not verify something, such as a presenter's identity, a customer count or a "clinically proven" badge, we say so on the page.

What we do not do

  • We do not lab-test products, and we do not claim to have used a product unless a page says exactly who used it and how.
  • We do not publish customer star ratings, review counts or testimonials, and we never invent them. The only rating on this site is our editorial score.
  • We do not accept payment for a review, a score or a position in a ranking.
  • We do not backdate pages. The published date is the day a page first went live; later changes show as an update date.

The editorial score

Scores run from 0 to 10. Each product is rated on five criteria, and the weighted total is rounded to one decimal. The score describes the product as sold, at the time of review.

Criterion Weight What it measures
Ingredient evidence 30% Do human studies support the ingredients for the use the seller claims, at doses close to what the label contains? Animal and cell studies count only as background.
Label transparency 20% Is every ingredient named with its amount? Proprietary blends that hide doses lose points, as do labels we cannot find before purchase.
Safety information 20% Does the seller list who should not use it, known interactions and side effects? We add our own checks from published safety data.
Price and refund terms 15% Cost per day at the cheapest realistic package, shipping, recurring billing, and whether the refund window and conditions are clear and fair.
Marketing honesty 15% Countdown timers, "today only" prices, unverifiable doctors, testimonials the seller admits may be actors, and cure-style promises all cost points.

A high score means a product is transparent, sold on fair terms and built on ingredients with some human evidence. It is not a promise that it will work for you, and no score makes a supplement a treatment for any condition.

Rankings and comparisons

Our "best of" shortlists only include products we have reviewed in full, ordered by the criteria printed on each list. Comparison pages put two products from the same category side by side using the same facts as their own pages.

Updates and corrections

When a seller changes its price, formula or refund terms, we update the page and its update date. If you spot an error, email [email protected] and we will check it against the source. Read more about who writes these pages and our affiliate disclosure.
