The Genius Song Order Guide: Checkout, Receipt, Emails

Placing the order is quick. Placing the right order takes a little attention, because our link opens a page for a different audio from the same seller. Here is the sequence from first click to first email, with what to check at each screen.

The Genius Song order: the seller's device mockup showing a laptop, tablet, phone and headphones

This guide contains affiliate links. If you buy through them we earn a commission at no extra cost to you. It does not change the verdict. Disclosure.

This walkthrough follows the Genius Song order from your first click to your first email, screen by screen. It is written for people who have already decided to try the track and want to avoid the two common slip-ups: buying the wrong product from the same seller, and losing the receipt they later need for a refund.

HealthCure Guide is independent and is not the seller; we also did not complete a purchase ourselves. The steps below are built from the seller’s pages, its Terms and the ClickBank checkout as we saw them on 2026-10-09. Our links are affiliate links, so we may earn a commission; the price is unchanged for you.

Before you start

Three things make the process smooth.

  • An inbox you actually check. The seller describes access as something sent by email, so a typo here causes most of the trouble later.
  • A card in hand. ClickBank handles payment. Have your card ready and expect the amount in your local currency if you are outside the US.
  • Ten minutes of attention. The checkout itself is short. What takes care is confirming you are on the right product, which the next step covers.

It also helps to skim the seller’s Terms first. They include a section titled “For Entertainment Purposes Only”, which describes brain entrainment as “not an exact science”, and they set out the 90-day refund that protects this order.

Step 1: get from the home page to The Genius Song

This is the step most guides skip. Our affiliate link lands on the home page of geniussongoriginal.com. When we checked, that home page was a short page headed “12-Minute Audio Session” and its button said “Buy Genius Wave Now”. The Genius Wave is a different audio the same seller offers, described as a 12-minute theta session. It is not The Genius Song.

The Genius Song pitch lives on two inner pages of that same domain: /video/, which plays the long sales presentation, and /text/, which sets out the same pitch in writing. From the home page, edit the address in your browser so it ends in /video/ or /text/. Either one leads to the right checkout item.

Step 2: the sales page and its order box

On /video/, you will find no way to pay until the presentation has played for about 18 minutes, out of a little over 39 in total. The page is coded to hold the button back. If you would rather not wait, the /text/ page shows its order section in the written copy.

Both order boxes show the same price layout: “Regular Price” figures of $200, $100 and $49 struck through, and “Today Just For $39”. Those higher amounts are the seller’s reference prices, not amounts we saw anyone charged. The Terms of Sale state plainly that you are paying $39 for The Genius Song.

You will also meet countdown language in the video: lines saying the price may not hold past today and that your order is being kept for you only while you stay on the page. Treat those as sales pressure. Nothing in the Terms or the checkout ties the price to a deadline.

Step 3: read the ClickBank checkout before paying

The order button sends you to a ClickBank payment page. Before you type anything, compare it with this table.

What to look atWhat you should see
Web addressgeniusbr.pay.clickbank.net
Item lineThe Genius Song (90-Day 100% Money Back Guarantee)
Product typeDigital Product, nothing to ship
BillingOne payment, not recurring
Extras in the cartNone added when we checked
Amount$39, or the local-currency figure plus local tax

If the item line reads The Genius Wave, go back to Step 1. If the address is something other than a ClickBank domain, close the tab, because you are not on the seller’s checkout.

Outside the US the figure will look different. ClickBank converts the price and adds your local tax; on our visit from India it came to ₹4,965.36, made up of ₹4,207.93 for the product and ₹757.43 in tax. Your bank may charge its own fee for a payment in another currency.

Step 4: pay, then read every screen that follows

Once you confirm, the checkout says access to digital items is available as soon as the payment is approved. The video describes the track being emailed within minutes.

We could not see what comes after payment, because that would have meant buying. Some online sellers show extra offers at this point; we cannot say whether this one does. If a page appears with a “yes” and a “no” button, read it in full before choosing, and decline anything you did not set out to buy.

While you wait for the access email, jot down three things: the time you paid, the exact amount charged in your currency, and the email address you typed at checkout. If anything goes missing later, those details are what ClickBank and the seller’s support will ask for first, and having them ready turns a long back-and-forth into a short one.

Step 5: receipt, statement and who to contact

Keep the ClickBank receipt somewhere you can find in three months, because it is the key to any refund. Your card statement should show CLKBANK*Genius Song.

Stopping marketing emailsThe unsubscribe link inside any of them

How the track reaches you is described two different ways by the seller. The video talks about an emailed download. The written /text/ page instead promises a “Private Audio Portal”, with log-in details sent by email and streaming on any device, while the FAQ further down that page mentions downloading to your phone or computer. We cannot tell you which you will get, and the seller does not state a file format, so read the access email carefully when it lands.

The seller also lists digital bonuses, but the lists differ between pages: the video names four (including a children’s audio, The Genius Child), while /text/ says four and names three. Expect some variation in what arrives.

The Genius Song order emails and how to stop them

Two kinds of email follow a purchase. The first is transactional: the ClickBank receipt and the seller’s access message. Keep both.

The second is marketing. The seller’s Terms say every buyer is added to lists run by Happy Consumer Publishing, and that those messages may advertise other offers in areas such as the law of attraction, money-making schemes, prayer, astrology and numerology. Marketing mail is sent from the GeniusSongOfficial.com domain. Every message carries an unsubscribe link, and leaving the list does not affect your access or your refund window.

A sensible routine: create a folder or label for the receipt and access email the day you pay, then unsubscribe from the promotional mail if you do not want it.

When the order goes wrong

No access email after an hour. Search every folder, including spam and promotions, for GeniusSongOfficial and ClickBank. Still nothing? Write to [email protected] with your order number, or call ClickBank order support.

You bought The Genius Wave by mistake. Contact ClickBank with the receipt and ask for a refund on that item, then return to the /video/ page for the product you meant to buy.

You changed your mind. Under the seller’s Terms, digital purchases can be refunded if you ask inside 90 days, and ClickBank’s checkout gives the identical limit. Ignore the site’s /TOS/refunds/ page for this: it is a leftover NeuroActivate policy about returning bottles (60 days, unopened only, shipped back to Ohio), none of which fit a digital track. Ask ClickBank directly and quote your receipt.

A charge you do not recognize. If CLKBANK*Genius Song shows up and nobody in your household bought it, contact ClickBank with the date and amount.

What placing an order does not change

A smooth checkout says nothing about what the track does. Keep a few facts in view:

  • The video’s presenter appears under a pen name, Dr. Robert Lake, according to the disclaimer at the foot of the sales pages, so the credentials in the pitch cannot be checked.
  • The Terms say testimonials may use changed names, dramatization, avatars or actors, people with ties to the founders, and paid participants, and that the results shown are not typical.
  • The seller cannot agree with itself on how many people it has helped: the video says 18,366, a /text/ headline says 19,389. Both are unverified.
  • It is not a treatment. The footer’s FDA line rules out diagnosing, treating, curing or preventing any disease. And nothing about money, luck, weight or healing has been shown for this track, because no study of it exists.

When you start listening, our own advice is simple. Pick a volume that feels comfortable. Never use it while driving or operating machinery. People living with epilepsy, past seizures or hearing loss should clear it with a doctor before the first session.

Quick recap

  1. Open the site, then move from the home page to /video/ or /text/.
  2. Use that page’s order button, not the Genius Wave button on the home page.
  3. On ClickBank, confirm the item line, the address and your total.
  4. Pay once and read any follow-up screen before clicking.
  5. Save the receipt and the access email in one place.
  6. Unsubscribe from marketing mail if you want, and note your 90-day refund deadline.

Common questions

How do I place a Genius Song order?

Open the seller's website, move to the /video/ sales page or its text version at /text/, and use the order button there to reach ClickBank. On the checkout, confirm the item line names The Genius Song, check the total in your currency, then pay. Save the ClickBank receipt and watch your inbox for the access email.

Why does the order link show The Genius Wave?

Our link lands on the seller's home page, which on 2026-10-09 was selling The Genius Wave, a separate 12-minute audio from the same seller. The Genius Song is sold from the /video/ and /text/ pages of that same site. If the checkout item mentions The Genius Wave, you are about to buy the other product.

What will the Genius Song charge look like on my card statement?

The checkout says the charge appears as CLKBANK*Genius Song. ClickBank is the retailer that processes the payment, which is why its name comes first. If you spot that line and do not remember buying, contact ClickBank order support at 1-800-390-6035 or through clkbank.com with the date and amount.

I paid for The Genius Song but no access email came. What should I do?

Check spam, junk and promotions folders first, and search your inbox for GeniusSongOfficial and ClickBank. If nothing turns up, product help is at [email protected], and ClickBank order support (1-800-390-6035) can look up the purchase from your receipt. Have the order number and the email you used ready.

Can I cancel a Genius Song order after paying?

The checkout does not describe a cancel button for a digital product that is released once payment clears. What you can do is request a refund within 90 days of purchase, which both the seller's Terms and the ClickBank checkout allow. Ask through ClickBank with your receipt rather than following the site's refunds page, which covers a bottled product.

Does the Genius Song checkout add anything to my cart?

When we viewed the checkout on 2026-10-09 it showed one item, a digital product, with no extra offer pre-added and nothing recurring. We could not see what, if anything, appears after payment, because that would have required buying. Read any page shown after checkout before clicking a button on it.

Will ordering The Genius Song put me on a mailing list?

Yes. The seller's Terms say buyers are added to email lists managed by Happy Consumer Publishing, and those emails may promote third-party offers on topics such as the law of attraction, making money online, prayer, astrology and numerology. Each email contains an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect your purchase or refund rights.
