Anyone who takes a supplement every day should be able to read what is in it. Audifort prints its whole recipe on the bottle, and this page walks through it. We looked at the label image on the seller’s page and wrote each line down.

If you would rather start with the overview, open the main Audifort guide and come back here when you want detail.

The 22 blend ingredients

The blend is printed as one block, so the order on the label is the only clue to anything. These are the names, with a plain description of what each one is. Where the seller has said something about its role, that is shown too.

The six the seller puts forward

The seller’s page picks six ingredients to explain the formula. Here is how it describes them.

Maca root is the energy ingredient. The seller says it boosts your energy.

Grape seed is presented as an antioxidant source, with the seller tying it to ear comfort.

Green tea is linked to healthy blood flow, with the seller pointing toward the ears.

Capsicum annuum is the one the seller associates with a healthy inflammatory response.

Gymnema gets the most direct link to healthy hearing in the seller’s wording.

GABA is described as supporting relaxation.

We pass these on as the seller’s descriptions. We have not tested the formula, and nothing here is a promise of a result.

The other ingredients

Beyond the blend, the label lists glycerin and water as the base of the liquid. Organic lemon extract, stevia extract and xylitol sit in the same group, and so do natural flavors. Sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate are preservatives, and citric acid is listed as well. Together they make up the liquid itself.

What the label does not tell you

  • Individual doses. Only the 200 mg total for the blend is given.
  • Caffeine content. Guarana and green tea are both in the blend, with no figure shown.
  • Ingredient proportions. The order is the only hint of which ones dominate, and we will not guess.

None of that is unusual for a proprietary blend. If you want exact amounts before you decide, ask the seller at [email protected].

Seller badges and seals

On its page the formula carries three badges: natural, easy to swallow and non-habit forming. A separate certification graphic shows four marks, which read GMO free, assembled in the USA, GMP certified and FDA-registered facility. The bottle’s own label tells you the contents come from ingredients sourced around the world, with production in the USA in an FDA-registered facility.

How the pieces fit together

A blend like this is easiest to read in groups: plant extracts, amino acids and related compounds, and the liquid base. The seller’s story is that together they are designed to support ear comfort and healthy hearing, with cognitive clarity alongside. Whether that suits you is for you to judge, ideally after a few months of steady use.

Common questions

How many ingredients does Audifort have?

Chromium is listed by itself, followed by a proprietary blend of 22 ingredients and then nine more that form the base of the liquid. The seller's page speaks of over 20 carefully selected ingredients.

Are the doses listed?

Only two numbers are: chromium at 0.7 mcg and the blend at 200 mg for a 1 ml serving. The label does not split the 200 mg between the 22 ingredients.

Does it contain caffeine?

Two blend ingredients are linked with caffeine: guarana, a natural caffeine source, and green tea leaf extract. No caffeine amount is printed on the label.
