If something goes into your glass every day, you should be able to read what it is. Finessa prints a figure for each of its blends and names every item inside, and this page goes down the panel one line at a time, working from the label details on the seller’s page.

The Supplement Facts panel
A single scoop counts as one serving. Beside it the panel shows sodium at 40 mg, potassium at 10 mg, selenium at 1 mcg, carbohydrate at 3 g and 10 calories. The jar front carries the wording “Digestive Health Support: prebiotics, probiotics & liver cleansing formula, 5 billion CFU”.
The five formula lines, biggest first, with their contents listed in alphabetical order:
| Amount per scoop | Line | Contents |
|---|---|---|
| 1,000 mg | Polyphenol blend | Acai berry, beet root, black currant, blueberry, cranberry, pomegranate, purple carrot, raspberry, strawberry juice |
| 755 mg | Gut health blend | Cascara sagrada bark extract 10:1, cinnamon (cassia) bark, deglycyrrhizinated licorice (DGL) root extract, fructooligosaccharides (FOS), ginger root |
| 450 mg | Liver health blend | Artichoke extract (Cynara scolymus, standardized to 5% cynarin), dandelion root, milk thistle, silymarin 80%, turmeric root |
| 52.5 mg | Probiotic blend | Bacillus coagulans BC99, Bifidobacterium lactis BLa80, Clostridium butyricum, L. acidophilus, L. casei, L. rhamnosus, Lactobacillus acidophilus LA85, Lactobacillus reuteri LR08, Streptococcus thermophilus |
| 2 mg | Akkermansia muciniphila AH39 | One strain, printed separately from the blends |
The label gives the probiotic blend a count of 5 billion CFU at manufacture. Beyond the formula lines, the other ingredients are stevia leaf extract, sea salt, citric acid, natural flavors, resistant dextrin and silicon dioxide.
What each part is for, according to the seller
Probiotics and Akkermansia
Gut balance is the theme the seller keeps returning to. One blend holds nine named strains, while Akkermansia muciniphila AH39 is printed apart from it. The pair is the seller’s answer on friendly bacteria.
The gut health blend
FOS is a prebiotic fiber, the kind of ingredient that bacteria feed on. Ginger, cinnamon, DGL licorice and cascara sagrada surround it. Cascara sagrada is an old bark traditionally used to get bowel movements going, and the licorice is DGL, meaning deglycyrrhizinated.
The liver health blend
Dandelion root, turmeric root, milk thistle, artichoke extract and silymarin cover the liver chapter of the seller’s account. People have used these plants in traditional wellness routines for a long time, and the seller uses them to support what it calls the gut and liver connection.
The polyphenol blend
The largest blend on the panel, at 1,000 mg, is a mix of berries, pomegranate, beet root and purple carrot. These foods supply plant pigments called polyphenols.
Reading the numbers fairly
Every blend shows a single total. That means we cannot say how much dandelion or cranberry is in a scoop, and we will not guess. What you can say is that all five lines of the formula carry an amount, so the label is easier to weigh than one that hides them.
Who should read the label twice
Cascara sagrada deserves the most attention, because it stimulates bowel movements. Follow the directions and drink water. Show the panel to a doctor before you begin if you are nursing or pregnant, take heart medicines, diuretics or blood thinners, or live with a bowel condition. If your immune system is weakened, raise probiotics with the doctor too.
Whatever you decide, don’t stop prescribed medicines on your own. The seller itself advises talking to your physician first. Our safety page covers the same ground in more detail.

How many blends are on the Finessa label?
Four blends, polyphenol, gut health, liver health and probiotic, plus Akkermansia muciniphila AH39 listed on its own at 2 mg.

How many probiotic strains are in Finessa?
Nine named strains share the 52.5 mg probiotic blend, which the label puts at 5 billion CFU at manufacture. Akkermansia muciniphila AH39 is printed separately at 2 mg.

Dandelion root, turmeric root, milk thistle, artichoke extract (standardized to 5% cynarin) and silymarin 80%, sharing a 450 mg total.
