Anyone who takes a capsule every day should be able to read what is inside it. Gluco6 prints three amounts and names every item in its blend, and this page walks down the panel one line at a time. We worked from the label details on the seller’s order page.

The Supplement Facts panel
One capsule counts as one serving, so the 30 capsules in a bottle make 30 servings. The panel reads as follows.
| Ingredient | In one capsule |
|---|---|
| Chromium (chromium niacinate) | 1 mg |
| Vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitrate) | 100 mg |
| Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) | 50 mcg |
| Proprietary blend | 525 mg in total |
The blend reads: Sukre prebiotic fiber (L-arabinose) and theobromine, then green tea leaf (Camellia sinensis, standardized to 98% polyphenols and 65% EGCG), followed by eleuthero root, theacrine (TeaCrine), cinnamon bark (Cinnamomum cassia) and gymnema leaf (Gymnema sylvestre). The remaining items are a hypromellose vegetable capsule, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide and microcrystalline cellulose.
What each ingredient is for, according to the seller
Sukre
This is the plant fiber at the heart of the formula, and the seller describes it as a healthy sugar. Chemically it is L-arabinose, and the seller puts it at the heart of the formula.
Green tea and theacrine
The seller links green tea leaf with healthy weight management. Theacrine, sold under the name TeaCrine, is introduced with a line about harnessing the power of Chinese tea. Both, along with theobromine, are caffeine-type plant compounds.
Gymnema
A plant that people have used traditionally for a long time. The seller connects it with sugar cravings.
Cinnamon and chromium
The seller says cassia cinnamon supports a healthy insulin response and calls chromium essential for keeping glucose levels steady. These are the seller’s statements, not our findings.
Vitamin D3, vitamin B1, theobromine and eleuthero
The label includes all four, and the order page does not describe a role for them. We would rather say that than make one up.
The research the seller cites
The seller points to three papers, and we opened each one. All three concern L-arabinose, which is the Sukre ingredient. They are ingredient research and not studies of Gluco6 itself, so we describe each only by what its title says.
- A 2000 paper from Japan on L-arabinose, sucrose-rich food and the blood glucose that follows.
- A 2015 rat study on L-arabinose with a high-carbohydrate, high-fat diet.
- A 2011 paper on L-arabinose and intestinal sucrase activity.
Reading a title is not the same as knowing how a finished capsule performs for you, and results vary.
What the label leaves out
The blend total is the only figure for the plant ingredients, so there is no way to compare the amount of green tea or cinnamon with another product. The seller also mentions third-party inspections, and describes its US production site as FDA-registered and GMP-certified, a statement we pass along as the seller’s.
Who should read the label twice
Chromium is already in the capsule, and the seller’s FAQ cautions about adding other formulas that are high in chromium. People who react to caffeine-type compounds should note the green tea, theacrine and theobromine. If you take diabetes medicines, talk to your doctor and show them the panel. The seller’s own FAQ says to keep taking prescribed medications until your healthcare professional says otherwise. Our safety page covers these points in more detail.

Common questions
How many ingredients are in the Gluco6 blend?
Seven are named: theacrine, theobromine, Sukre prebiotic fiber, gymnema leaf, eleuthero root, cinnamon bark and green tea leaf. They share one 525 mg total.
Does the label give an amount for every ingredient?
Only for vitamin D3, vitamin B1 and chromium. The blend carries a single total, so the amount of each plant inside it is not published.
What are the other ingredients?
A hypromellose vegetable capsule holds them, with stearic acid, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide and microcrystalline cellulose as the other ingredients.
