A tablet is only as interesting as what goes into it. With ProDentim the list is short, readable and built in two layers: living bacteria on one side, supporting nutrients on the other.
This page walks through every ingredient the seller names. We use the seller’s wording for what each one is for, and we keep research claims modest, because the studies we cite look at these ingredients in general, not at ProDentim itself. For the wider view, return to the main ProDentim guide.
The formula in one table
| Ingredient | Type | Seller’s stated role |
|---|---|---|
| Lactobacillus paracasei | Probiotic strain | Gum health, plus clear sinuses |
| B. lactis BL-04 | Probiotic strain | Mouth bacteria balance, breathing passages, immune health |
| Lactobacillus reuteri | Probiotic strain | A calmer mouth environment and less inflammation, per the seller |
| Inulin | Prebiotic fiber | Feeds the good bacteria |
| Malic acid | Plant acid | Strawberry acid the seller says helps maintain tooth whiteness |
| Tricalcium phosphate | Mineral | Tooth health |
| Peppermint | Plant | The seller’s natural anti-inflammatory and breath freshener |
The four items below the probiotics sit in what the seller calls a proprietary blend of plants and minerals.
The three probiotic strains
Probiotics are live bacteria. ProDentim’s choice of three is deliberate: each has a different job description in the seller’s materials, and together they make up the 3.5 billion count.
Lactobacillus paracasei
This is the strain the seller puts forward for the gums. It also gets credit for helping the sinuses stay free and open, which is one reason the label mentions ear, nose and throat health. Lactobacillus species are among the most widely used bacteria in probiotic products.
B. lactis BL-04
The trademark in the name marks a specific, named strain, and it is the only Bifidobacterium in the formula. The seller links it to a balanced mouth community, the respiratory tract and a healthy immune system. A randomized trial of a Bifidobacterium probiotic in gum treatment, linked in the sources below, is the kind of general research that sits behind this family of bacteria. It tested a different product.
Lactobacillus reuteri
For L. reuteri the seller claims help with inflammation and a healthier setting inside the mouth. Published reviews of this species cover a wide range of topics, and again they are about the organism rather than this tablet.
The four supporting ingredients
Inulin
A prebiotic fiber. Where probiotics are the living bacteria, prebiotics are food for them. Including inulin is the seller’s way of giving the friendly bacteria something to feed on.
Malic acid
Strawberries contain malic acid, the seller points out, and it is included to help teeth stay white. It also fits the strawberry-and-mint look of the bottle.
Tricalcium phosphate
A calcium-based mineral included for tooth health. Teeth are mineral structures, so a mineral belongs in a formula aimed at them.
Peppermint
Peppermint is billed by the seller as a natural anti-inflammatory, and it gives a tablet that sits in your mouth a clean, fresh feel.
What the label does not tell you
The seller publishes one number for the probiotics, 3.5 billion per tablet, and no breakdown by strain. It also gives no dose for inulin, malic acid, tricalcium phosphate or peppermint. We have not guessed any, and neither should you. If a precise dose matters for your own diet or health, talk to your doctor.
Note the exclusions too. Peppermint is the mint in the formula, and B. lactis BL-04 is the only Bifidobacterium. Anything else you read online that adds extra mints or other bacteria is not on the seller’s list.
Seller badges
On the badge side, the seller calls the tablet natural, simple, GMO free, stimulant free, not habit forming and gluten free. A separate seal row adds GMP certification, a USA mark, all-natural ingredients and an FDA-registered facility mark. All of that is the seller speaking, and the FDA does not pre-approve supplement brands.
How the pieces fit together
Think of the formula as a small team. The three strains are the players, inulin is the fuel, the minerals and malic acid are chosen for the teeth, and peppermint is the finishing touch for the mouth feel. It is a tidy design, and tidy designs are easy to keep taking every day.
If you want to see how that translates into what the seller hopes you will notice, our benefits page takes it from there.

Common questions
How many ingredients does ProDentim list?
Seven named ones: three probiotic strains and a blend of four plants and minerals. The only dose figure is the combined count of 3.5 billion probiotics in a tablet.
Does ProDentim publish dose amounts?
Only the combined probiotic count. The sales page gives no milligram or per-strain figure for any ingredient, so we do not list any.
Is ProDentim gluten free and non-GMO?
Both are on the seller's list of badges, next to no stimulants and not habit forming. They come from the seller's page, so read the bottle you receive.
