Anyone who stirs a powder into a glass every day should be able to read what is in it. ProstaVive prints its full panel, and this page walks down it one line at a time. We worked from the supplement-facts image the seller publishes.

The Supplement Facts panel

A level scoop of roughly 4.93 g counts as one serving, and the tub holds 30 of them. We have grouped the panel the way a reader thinks about it: plants first, largest dose to smallest, then minerals and vitamins.

The other-ingredients line reads natural flavors, citric acid, sea salt, stevia extract (leaf). The tub front says 2100MG, and that figure matches the plant lines added together: 500 + 300 + 250 + 250 + 250 + 200 + 200 + 100 + 50 = 2,100 mg, with the 5 mg of boron left out.

What each ingredient is for, according to the seller

Stinging nettle root

When the seller talks about the urinary tract in men, nettle root is the plant it names. It is also the first plant listed on the tub front.

Tongkat ali

The seller calls it an antioxidant that backs prostate health and prostate blood circulation, and points to it for a healthy response to stress.

Panax ginseng

Described as helping healthy blood flow in the prostate, with a nod to everyday focus.

Fenugreek

The seller ties fenugreek to prostate function, a healthy stress response, and good mood and brain function.

Artichoke extract

Presented as rich in natural antioxidants that help keep the prostate in good shape.

Ashwagandha and maca

The seller connects ashwagandha with the body’s own clean-up routines and maca with everyday energy and a better mood.

Cordyceps and the plant blend

The label includes both, and the order page offers no role for either one. We would rather say so than invent one.

Boron, zinc, magnesium and vitamin D3

Boron is described as supporting a healthy inflammation response. Zinc is linked with a healthy prostate, magnesium with sleep and steady energy, and vitamin D3 with a healthy body in general.

Vitamin B6

Printed on the label, with no role given on the order page.

The research the seller cites

The seller’s references page lists a number of papers. We opened each one and picked the four that deal with everyday ingredients and nothing else. They are ingredient research and not studies of ProstaVive itself, so we describe each only by what its title says.

  • A 2013 study of tongkat ali in moderately stressed people, looking at their stress hormones and mood.
  • A 2015 look at ashwagandha and endurance in healthy, athletic adults.
  • A 2015 review of magnesium in health and in therapy.
  • A 2013 paper on zinc intake and supplementation, and what they do for immune function in older people.

Reading a title is not the same as knowing how a finished powder performs for you, and results vary.

What the label leaves out

The blend total is the only figure for raspberry, pomegranate, broccoli, black currant, alfalfa and beet root, so you cannot compare any one of them with another product. The label also shows no cautions of its own, which is why the seller’s site disclaimer and our safety page matter.

Who should read the label twice

The vitamin D3 line shows 333% and the vitamin B6 line shows 588%, and the sodium line is 70 mg. If you already take a multivitamin or other supplements, look at what they add. The seller itself advises against pairing ProstaVive with supplements that hold similar ingredients. And if you take prescription medicine, show your doctor the panel before you begin.

Common questions

Does the ProstaVive label give an amount for every ingredient?

For every line but one. Six plants (beet root, alfalfa, black currant, broccoli, pomegranate and raspberry) share a single 200 mg total, so the amount of each is not published.

How much of each plant is in a scoop?

Fenugreek is 500 mg and artichoke extract 300 mg. Ashwagandha, cordyceps and maca are 250 mg apiece, nettle root extract is 200 mg, tongkat ali 100 mg and panax ginseng 50 mg.

What else is in the powder?

The label closes with a short other-ingredients line: citric acid and natural flavors, then stevia leaf extract and sea salt.
