What this site is and is not

HealthCure Guide is an independent publisher. We are not the seller and we do not take orders. We read the seller’s pages, set out the facts and send readers to the order page through the buttons you see. The seller’s own address is completejointcare.net, which we show as text rather than a link.

What the seller’s pages cover

Page	What you find there
Order page	Three packages, prices, the e-books on the biggest one and the guarantee
Refund policy	The 180-day rules, the empty-bottle rule and the return steps
Terms	The seller’s conditions of sale
Support details	An email address and a phone line with set hours

The company behind it

The product comes from BioDynamix. The bottle names it as the distributor, with an address in Aurora, Colorado, a phone number and the web address BioDynamix.co. The seller’s site footer gives a business address in El Paso, Texas, and the words Formulated in the USA. According to BioDynamix, Dr. Mark Weis, M.D., is the company’s head.

What the refund page says

The guarantee lasts 180 days from the order date. Under the empty-bottle rule, only unopened bottles go back. Support wants three details from you, which are your name, the checkout email and the confirmation number. The unopened bottles go back with the packing slip at your cost. The money follows 5 to 7 business days after the parcel reaches the seller.

How checkout works

The order runs through ClickBank, so your card statement will name ClickBank. The seller describes a single payment. Inside the US, only the two smaller packages carry a shipping fee.

Reaching support

Product and refund questions go to the seller’s email address or phone line, both on our faq page. Calls are answered on a Pacific-time schedule that covers weekdays and a half-day on Saturday. Billing questions can go to ClickBank.
