The same handful of questions come up before almost every order, and the answers sit on several different seller pages. We gathered them here. For the whole story instead of short replies, the complete Neuro Serge guide is the longer read.
Quick answers
Briefly, what is Neuro Serge?
A capsule supplement sold in bottles of 60. The front of the bottle says Brain Support, and the seller describes a plant-based formula meant to support brain health.
What is the right way to take it?
Take it with water, per the seller's FAQ, and follow the bottle's directions, since the order page publishes no serving.
Which plants does it name?
Grape seed extract, cassia cinnamon, olive leaf, DGL licorice, bilberry extract and green tea extract.
Are any amounts listed?
No. The pages we read give no amount for any plant and show no supplement-facts panel, so we quote no doses.
What do the packages cost?
On 28 October 2026, two bottles were $79 each, three were $69 each and six were $49 each, which comes to $158, $207 and $294.
Is shipping free?
In the US, three and six bottles ship at no charge, while two bottles are plus shipping, with no amount on the order page. Orders sent abroad pay $30 of shipping per product.
How quickly does a parcel arrive?
Per the seller, your order leaves the warehouse the day it comes in or on the following working day, then a tracking email arrives. Allow 5 to 10 business days in the US, or 10 to 14 abroad.
What are the bonus guides?
Clear Mind Reset is a guide to easy daily habits for clarity and focus. Focus Rewired offers techniques that cut distractions and hold your attention. The VIP Health & Wellness Guide pairs wellness insights and recipes with brain-health tips. All three come with 3 and 6 bottles.
Does it renew automatically?
No. You pay once, and the seller's FAQ rules out both auto-ship and hidden charges.
How long should I use it before judging?
The seller's advice is three to six months or longer, and results vary from person to person.
How does a refund work?
Within 90 days of your original order date, email support, then mail every bottle, with a note inside, to the Tallmadge, Ohio returns address. The package must arrive inside the window, so mail it early. The refund shows up 3 to 5 business days after processing.
Can I send back empty bottles?
Yes. The seller asks for every bottle, whether empty, full or partly used, so finishing one does not forfeit the guarantee.
How do I reach support?
Email [email protected] and expect a reply within about a day, the seller says. By phone, dial +1 800-390-6035 in the US or +1 208-345-4245 from abroad, Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM EST. ClickBank has its own support for questions about the order itself.
Do I need a doctor's go-ahead first?
It is a smart step if you are expecting or nursing, take medication or have a medical condition. Blood thinners, blood-pressure or diabetes medicine, and sensitivity to caffeine or licorice are extra reasons.
