Neuro Serge Official Website: What You Will Find

A lot of shoppers look for the Neuro Serge official website before they buy, which is a sensible move. This page walks through what the seller’s pages hold, what each is for and how an independent guide relates to them, so nothing on arrival comes as a surprise.

What we are, and what we are not

HealthCure Guide is an independent publisher. We do not sell the capsule or take orders. Our job is to read the seller’s pages, lay out the facts and pass readers along to the order page by way of our buttons. The seller’s own address, getneuroserge.com, appears here as text, not as a link.

The seller’s pages at a glance

Page	Contents
Order page	The three sizes with prices, the guides that come with larger orders, and the guarantee
Shipping and returns	How long delivery takes, what shipping costs, how to send a return and where
Support	An email address, phone numbers and opening hours
Terms and privacy	The seller’s terms of sale and its privacy notice

Contact details on those pages

The seller lists a returns address in Tallmadge, Ohio, a support email, support phone numbers and a note that order questions go to ClickBank. It also says the capsules come from an FDA-registered US facility and displays a GMP badge. We pass these along as the seller’s own claims.

The returns page in brief

The refund window stays open for up to 90 days after your original order date, and the parcel has to reach the returns address before it shuts. Every bottle goes back, empty, full or partly used, along with a note giving the ClickBank order ID, your name, the delivery address, your email and phone number, and the packing slip too, if you kept one. You pay the postage. After processing, the refund appears within 3 to 5 business days. Orders from outside the US lose the shipping fee but get the bottle price back.

How checkout works

Orders run through ClickBank, so that name will appear on your card statement. The seller describes a single payment. Within the US, three and six bottles ship free, and two bottles add shipping in an amount the page leaves unstated.

Getting support

For product and refund questions, use the seller’s support email or phone line, both listed on our faq page. Expect an email reply within about a day, the seller says. For billing and order questions, ClickBank keeps a separate support team.
