The Genius Song Answers: Delivery, Routine, Billing, Refunds

Digitally, with nothing posted to you. The checkout lists it as a digital product with immediate access once payment is approved. The seller then describes delivery two ways: the video talks about an email with the track, while the /text/ page mentions login details for a Private Audio Portal you can stream from. We did not order, so we cannot say which of the two, or whether both, a buyer actually receives.

No. The Genius Song is not an app, and no app appears on the sales pages, the checkout or in the video. What you get is an audio track delivered online that the seller says you can download to a phone or computer, or stream from its audio portal. A store listing that asks you to install a Genius Song app is not part of this offer.

The seller does not state it. Neither the sales pages, the checkout nor the Terms name a file type, so we cannot confirm that it is an MP3 or any other format. The /text/ page tells buyers to download the digital audio track to a phone or computer, which points to an ordinary audio file, but that is our inference rather than something we checked.

That is one of the seller's own mismatches. The hook talks about a seven-second brain trick and a seven-second morning ritual, but the product described later is a sound wave of about seven minutes. The video never shows a separate seven-second technique beyond the track itself. The 7-minute length is also the seller's figure: we did not buy the track and could not time it.

The routine as sold is built around them: put headphones on, close your eyes and listen for about 7 minutes a day. We saw no instructions for playing it through a speaker. Whichever way you listen, keep the volume at a comfortable level and do not turn it up to drown out a noisy room. The safety page has the fuller listening rules.

According to the video, missing a day is okay, and nothing in the offer tracks your sessions. The seller also says customers notice a difference within two or three days and see results within a couple of weeks, but those are sales claims, not study findings. To judge the track fairly, note the days you listened and how you felt, and decide before the refund window closes.

Not in the car. The method asks you to close your eyes and relax, so never play it while driving or operating machinery. At a desk it comes down to whether you can sit still for 7 minutes without being needed. If you have epilepsy, a seizure history or hearing problems, our advice is to ask a doctor before trying any tone-based audio.

The Terms say buyers must be 18 or over, and the sales video links the track to children's grades and bedtimes, which are seller claims. The video also names a bonus for kids called The Genius Child, though the /text/ page leaves it out of its own bonus list. If a child listens, keep the volume low and talk to their doctor first if they have seizures or hearing problems.

The Terms of Sale treat the purchase as a copyrighted digital article for personal use by a single user, and they rule out sharing and resale. Playing it in your own home is ordinary use, but sending the file to someone else or uploading it goes past those terms. Anyone else who wants it would need their own order, which also gives them their own refund window.

Nobody we can identify. The footer disclaimer on the /video/ and /text/ pages states that Robert Lake is a pen name, used with the consent of a neuroscientist the seller never identifies. So the name is not a real person's name, and the NASA and clinic credentials mentioned in the presentation cannot be checked. We treat everything said under that pen name as the seller's own claims.

No, going by the seller's own pages. The Genius Wave is sold as a 12-minute theta audio, while The Genius Song is sold as a 7-minute gamma track. They share a ClickBank account and some sales material, and the official site's home page currently features The Genius Wave. The Genius Song presentation is on the same site's /video/ page. Check the product name on the checkout before you pay.

The same publisher sits behind both. The Terms of each site name Happy Consumer, a company based in Puerto Rico, and both sites list the address [email protected]. They are sold under different ClickBank vendor accounts, and The Genius Switch is a different audio track. We have no data comparing the two, so the shared publisher is the only link we can confirm.

Yes. The Terms say buying adds you to email lists run by HappyConsumerPublishing.com, and those emails may promote third-party offers on subjects such as the law of attraction, spirituality, astrology and numerology. The seller's own marketing comes from the GeniusSongOfficial.com domain. Every email should carry an unsubscribe link, so you can leave the lists whenever you like.

It depends on which seller page you read, because the lists differ. The video says three bonuses but names four: The Genius Child audio, an old book on financial success, a guided visualization from a creator on the Calm app and a printable infographic of five habits. The /text/ page says four but lists three, without The Genius Child. We could not check what buyers actually receive.

The checkout names it CLKBANK*Genius Song. ClickBank is the retailer that takes your payment, which is why its name comes first. If you spot the line and do not remember the purchase, search your inbox for the ClickBank receipt before you call your bank, because the order number on that receipt is what ClickBank support asks for.

Go through ClickBank, either at clkbank.com or by calling order support on 1-800-390-6035, with your order number and the email address you used. The Terms allow refunds on digital products within 90 days of the first purchase, and the checkout states the same window. Ignore the separate refund page on the seller's site: it is a leftover NeuroActivate bottle policy that does not fit an audio track.
