The Genius Switch Questions: Files, Devices, Billing, Refunds

By email. The checkout labels the order a "Digital Product" and promises immediate access once the payment is approved, and the video says the track is sent right after checkout. Nothing is posted to your address. We did not place an order ourselves, so we cannot describe the delivery email in detail or say exactly how many minutes it takes to land.

No. It is not an app and there is nothing to install or log in to. You save the audio file and open it in the media player your phone or computer already has. If a store listing or a website asks you to download a Genius Switch app, it is not part of the offer, because no app appears on the sales page, the checkout or in the video.

The video tells buyers to download the track to a phone or a computer. Any device with an ordinary media player should cope, which covers most phones, laptops and desktops, and a tablet works the same way in principle. We did not buy the file, so we cannot confirm its exact format, but the seller presents it as a normal download rather than something tied to one device.

The seller's routine is built around headphones: put them on, close your eyes and listen for 8 minutes. We did not see any instruction for speaker playback, so if you want to follow the method as sold, use headphones. Whatever you use, keep the volume at a level that feels comfortable, and do not turn it up to cover background noise.

Once the file is stored on the device itself, it should play with no connection at all, the same as any downloaded song. The one trap is a file kept only in a cloud folder, because your phone may need signal to fetch it. Before a flight or a trip, open the file once at home to make sure it is really saved locally.

According to the video, missing a day is okay. Nothing in the offer counts or records your sessions, so you simply pick up again the next day. The seller suggests 8 minutes a day, but no published study says how many days, or how many weeks, the track needs. If you want to judge it fairly, a short daily note of when you listened is more useful than a perfect streak.

The seller asks for 8 minutes a day without tying it to a set hour in the material we read. The practical rule is to pick a time when you can sit still with your eyes closed and nobody needs you. Never play it while driving, cooking on a hot stove or operating machinery, because the method asks you to shut your eyes and relax.

Not according to the seller. The video says the product is not sold on Amazon, YouTube or Spotify, and the presenter says tracks found on those platforms are not the same. Whatever a free upload contains, it is not the file sold on the official page, and listening to it tells you nothing about the paid version or its refund terms.

The Terms of Sale describe the purchase as a copyrighted digital article for personal use, so the licence is for you. Playing it in your own home is one thing, but sending the file to other people or uploading it goes beyond those terms. Before letting a child listen, keep the volume low, and ask a doctor first if they have a seizure history or hearing problems.

It shows as CLKBANK*GeniusSwitch. ClickBank is the retailer that takes the payment, which is why its name comes first. If you see that line and do not remember the purchase, check your inbox for a ClickBank receipt before calling your bank, because the order number on the receipt is what ClickBank support will ask for.

The checkout shows prices in your local currency and adds tax where your country or state charges it. The $39 on the sales page is the base price, so the figure you pay can be a little higher or look different after conversion. The final total on the checkout page, before you confirm, is the number that matters.

A single payment. The Terms of Sale say you are paying $39 today for the track, and the offer is sold as a one-time purchase with no membership or monthly plan in the material we read. If a page you land on shows a recurring charge, a trial that rolls into billing or a monthly price, compare its address with the genuine checkout before going further.

Contact ClickBank order support on 1-800-390-6035 and give the order number and the email address from your receipt. The Terms say digital products can be refunded within 90 days of the first purchase, and the ClickBank checkout states a 90-day window too. There is nothing to post back. Ignore the separate bottle-return page on the seller's site, which belongs to another product.

When you buy. The Terms count 90 days from your initial purchase, and the ClickBank checkout counts from the date of purchase. Listening later does not move the deadline. If you want to keep the option open, put a reminder in your calendar a week or two before day 90 so there is time to reach ClickBank support.

First search your spam, junk and promotions folders, and search for the word ClickBank to find the receipt. If the track is still missing, ClickBank order support on 1-800-390-6035 handles order and access problems. For questions about the product itself, the official site lists a contact page and the address [email protected].

Two kinds are expected: the ClickBank receipt with your order number, and the delivery email with the track. Marketing emails from the seller come from the GeniusSwitchOfficial.com domain. A message from another domain that asks you to pay again, confirm card details or log in somewhere is not part of the normal order flow, so do not click its links.

Neither. There are no puzzles, levels, scores or tasks. It is one 8-minute audio track that you listen to passively, plus four digital bonuses: a guided visualization, a grocery shopping guide, an old book on financial success and a printable habits infographic. If you were hoping for something interactive, the comparison page sets the track against brain-training games and other options.
