Two rows deserve a closer look. Streaming uploads are tempting because they are free, but the presenter says they are not the same as his track, so playing one tells you nothing about what you would be buying. App store listings are simply unrelated: the product is a download you play in your existing media player.

What to keep for a refund

The guarantee is 90 days. Under the Terms, a digital purchase can be refunded for 90 days from the initial purchase, and the ClickBank checkout gives a 90-day window from the date of purchase. ClickBank’s general support page says most products have 60 days, so it is this product’s own checkout and Terms that set the longer window.

The refund page that does not fit

The seller’s site has a separate refund page at the /TOS/refunds/ path. It appears to be borrowed from NeuroActivate, a bottled product: a 60-day window, a rule that bottles be unopened, and a return address in Tallmadge, Ohio. Not one of those terms fits an audio file sent by email. There is nothing to post back. Rely on the Terms and the ClickBank checkout, both of which say 90 days. Bought it somewhere else?

If you paid a marketplace seller or a copied page, ClickBank and the seller will have no record of the order, so the 90-day guarantee does not reach you. Go back to the place you paid and use its refund or dispute process, and ask your card provider about options if that fails. Do not send the file to anyone else to “check” it, and do not enter card details again on the same page.

If what you got was a free streaming upload rather than a purchase, there is nothing to undo. Just keep in mind that the presenter says those recordings are not his track.
